Caregiver, these guided meditations were written just for you.

Each one was created to be a resource for a particular chapter of your caregiving experience. They are designed to be able to be used in a variety of settings—a waiting room, at your kitchen table, or lying in bed—whenever and wherever works for you. Choose the one that meets your current needs and revisit your favorites as often as you like.
