yoga nidra guided meditation for winding down
This guided Yoga Nidra meditation was created to help you sleep well and also supports general relaxation and stress management. While it’s optimal to listen while lying down to promote deeper rest and relaxation, please feel free to do whatever works best for you. You might want to create a listening “nest” on your bed or sofa with comfort in mind. This can include a blanket for warmth, a small pillow under your head for support, a larger pillow under your knees to bring ease to your lower back, a mask or eye pillow, and any other comfort items that feel supportive to you. You’re the expert on what feels comfortable for your body, so please follow your own internal guidance! Dress comfortably, preferably in clothes that are loose-fitting to support easy breathing and relaxation. Please note that this recording is not intended for use while driving or any time alertness to your surroundings is required.
